Healthy Hoosiers is an alliance of Indiana companies and organizations focused on addressing the health needs of Hoosiers with diabetes or at risk for developing diabetes. Healthy Hoosiers seeks to implement helpful approaches in the health care system to positively impact patient outcomes.

The guiding principles of Healthy Hoosiers are:

  • Fill the gaps in diabetes care
  • Address quality, safety, access and affordability
  • Work together as a team to help more people in the local community that we serve
